    Reformer On the Tower

    Join me for a 30 minute reformer on the tower class! (Cadillac works too!). We’ll repurpose exercises from the classical reformer order and work them with our springs and push-through bar! Great for all levels, but knowledge of the exercises may help!

    Pilates for Bad Backs!

    Join apprentice Liz and me for a 40-minute hybrid reformer/tower workout. This workout is especially meaningful from a hands-on and special population perspective, as Liz has both fused discs and a cage in her spine as a result of a car accident. From an observation and practice standpoint, this workout has great breakdowns of exercises that could be beneficial for people working through rehab of their own spinal issues. Liz works at an intermediate level. Enjoy!

    Join me for a 30-minute tower class! This is best for a more intermediate practitioner. If you have a weighted bar, keep it nearby! If not, small weights will do!
