Hybrid group & individual guidance

Join weekly group Zoom meetings, schedule one-to-one mentorship touch-bases, and be paired with a partner in the program who best complements your strengths and weaknesses.

focus on the classical system

Pilates is a system that social media, contemporary trainings, and chain reformer studios have neglected to uphold. Get back to basics and make connections between the apparatus for a deeper understanding of the system.

refine your tactile and verbal cueing

Each meeting and assignment is designed to equip you with useful teaching strategies you can immediately put into action. It’s about learning with purpose and seeing real results, in both your own practice and your teaching.

  • PSU comes to you from the Pilates Snob, Victoria Cuomo. A former Division I rower at Syracuse University, Victoria’s teaching is grounded in athletic discipline, precision, and respect for systemized training. With over a decade of classical Pilates instruction and a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, she brings a rigorous understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and performance to the Method. Her background as both an athlete and educator informs an approach to teaching that is structured, discerning, and rooted in long-term durability—for both teacher and client.
