    PSU's Small Barrel Mat

    Pilates Snob University (PSU) is a 10-week classical Pilates mastership (mentorship+masters). Our weekly workout + lecture series featured this 40-minute mat & small barrel class on March 2nd, 2026! Enjoy a sneak peek into the work we’re practicing- small barrel needed, and weighted bar and/or light weights are optional.

  • How to: Ballet Stretch on the Ladder Barrel

    Join me for a review of the ballet stretches on the ladder barrel! If you don’t have a barrel at home, you can use a counter or stable surface that’s the level of your hip or lower. This is great for anybody with any tightness in the lower body!

    30 Minute Creative Barrel

    This 30-minute mat class requires a small barrel! You’ll learn some fun new variations to challenge yourself and your clients. Weighted bar/weights optional, but cued. This is a great class for hip-opening and extension!
