Pilates for Bad Backs!

Join apprentice Liz and me for a 40-minute hybrid reformer/tower workout. This workout is especially meaningful from a hands-on and special population perspective, as Liz has both fused discs and a cage in her spine as a result of a car accident. From an observation and practice standpoint, this workout has great breakdowns of exercises that could be beneficial for people working through rehab of their own spinal issues. Liz works at an intermediate level. Enjoy!
