The Rowing Series: Weights Edition

Learn the rowing series! A six-part series normally practiced on the reformer, we’ll take some time to break down each exercise with light weights on the mat. The rowing series includes: rowing into the sternum, rowing 90, rowing from the chest, rowing from the hips, shaving, and hug. We’ll learn them all- plus some variations. Great for all stages of practitioners and those working on shoulder mobility!
