How To: Candlestick

This “How to” addition teaches you how to approach the advanced Cadillac exercise known as candlestick. We’ll review the two different mounts (the trapeze walk-over and the front tuck) and take time to practice candle, splits, and safe dismounts. Grip strength an added plus. Enjoy!
