This 30-minute advanced Cadillac class is for experienced instructors and professionals! Explore some variations with the roll-back bar, practice leg springs in the air, and then play with some pull-up and hanging variations with the cross-bars. Most of this class can be practiced on the tower if a Cadillac is not available.
