20 Minute Mat Pilates for Runners

Join me for a 20-minute mat class specifically for runners! Use this as a warm-up or cool-down, or even as a complementary class throughout the training week. Running is repetitive flexion and extension from the hip- so this class focuses on abduction as well as strength and mobility for the hip joint.
